An import paused?
Open Kaiary and check the import progress. Your saved place lets the work carry on. If it still won’t move, send our support team a note.
Joining your family?
Use the invitation code from your email. Ask your family’s Keeper to check the invitation if the code isn’t working.
Looking for a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in to the store account used for the purchase. Your store account also manages subscription cancellation.
Is Kaiary really private?
Yes. Face recognition runs on servers we own and never leaves them. Photo captions, search, and storybook illustrations use a small number of AI providers that never train on your content and never keep it beyond a short retention window. Your memories are never sold and never used for advertising, and each family's data is isolated and encrypted. read our privacy promise
What does Magic Import do?
Magic Import looks for people in the photo library on your phone and groups moments by day. The scan stays on your device. You review what it found before keeping photos and starting the upload. Identifying named family members uses a separate, optional face-recognition step. explore Magic Import
What can I keep in my journal?
Photos, videos, written memories, voice notes, and audio recordings. Add the date, people, and place, or mark a milestone. Ask Kaiary helps you find the memories you have permission to see in everyday words.
Can I share it with grandparents?
Yes. Invite family members and choose their role: Keeper, Contributor, or Viewer. Audiences let you choose which people receive particular memories. Extended-family sharing and some other capabilities require Kaiary Family. see family sharing
Is Kaiary free?
Kaiary is free to start on iPhone. One Kaiary Family subscription covers the whole family and adds features such as storybook illustrations, Ask Kaiary, and more storage. If it ever lapses, everything your family has added stays yours to view, download, and export. The app shows current plans, inclusions, and purchase terms before you decide.
